Ever notice how Sunday School teachers now days just talk about how highschoolers have heard all the stories so many times that we're tired of them all? But in reality, people have said that so long that we've forgotten them all and that's why highschoolers have all these problems: we can't remember the simple things in life. To us, life is just one big complicated mess, because that's all we ever hear about anymore. Don't you think it would be nice if we could just hear the story of Jonah without all the complicated details again? Sometimes, I think we're getting so close into our bibles that we can't see the words anymore.
