(Sigh) If only the world would stop spinning... then I would have something to talk about!

The world softly turns,
As the days go by,
And the sun still shines,
And the birds still fly,
(Except for the penguin,
But at least it swims)
And trees still grow,
And the moon never dims.
All is well that ends well,
But it wouldn't be well,
If the world ended
Oh, it certainly would not be well.
The world wouldn't turn,
The days wouldn't go by
The sun wouldn't shine,
The birds wouldn't fly
(but the penguin never flew,
but it still wouldn't swim)
And trees wouldn't grow,
And the moon would grow dim.
So be thankful for what you have
Don't let it escape
(But then again,
Wouldn't it be fun to videotape?)
