AFC has Troubles and... whatever the opposite of trouble is
Yesterday the Autumn Festers' double agent tried to sneak some information from the Summer Sleuth "Tom". She failed in the attempt however and he scared her off. I'll have to train her up a bit. I would find someone else to do the job, but I'm afraid Smokey is the best we've got. Sugar (the mascot) hasn't attended the last two meetings. If she keeps this up, I'm going to have to eliminate her from the club. I'm afraid to say the Summer Sleuths have discovered our old post and have placed Tom there to investigate it. However, I was able to discover a rout to it and get him away. I suspected that would be the last seen of him around there, but this morning when we had our second meeting, I discovered him once again on his guard duty. So I got rid of him again. We had a new guest today at the meeting. A trust worthy feline if ever I saw one. She wants to join the club, but rules say you must come to one meeting before becoming a member. I'm glad she decided to join, she has been a dear old friend of mine since I was about five. I just hope everything goes well. More news to come....

Hey, Noelle, I just wanted to let you know you aren't forgotten. "Not a day goes by without my thinking of you"...I think that's a quote from some famous person, but I'm not sure. Good quote anyhow, don't you agree?? Well...I'm going to make you ponder a little more about who I am. (Partly to see if you can figure it out and partly to be annoying)

ReplyDeleteMom: Um, yeah. Since Smokey is a double agent, we try to make it look like she's not a part of our team. That's why we have Sugar fighting her every once in a while.
ReplyDeleteMysterious Rose: So far everyone is either a real cat or a stuffed cat except me. But I plan on having a whole army eventually and I don't have that many cats. Do you have any I could borrow?

ReplyDeleteOh! I just had the best idea! YOU should dress up like a kitty when you have your club meetings! It can be the mandetory uniform. =-)
Um, I think that getting dressed would take longer than the actual meeting. Real cats would be better: they actually move.

ReplyDeleteI don't know, we have to be careful who we choose. If we aren't careful we might end up having a Summer Sleuth member as our Vice President! As a matter of fact, how do I know you're not a Summer Sleuth trying to get info from me? Oh, no! Aaaahhhh! Help! Help! Where's my secretary? Oh, yeah, I haven't chosen a secretary yet... aaaahhhh!
Haha, well I can tell you I'm not a Summer Sleuth because I don't really know what that is...I'm assuming it's like the "Kitty Dark Side", right?? Well, I guess you never can tell, huh. =-P
