3 Day Vacation

Hi everybody! I just (meaning yesterday) got back from Northern CA. The ride there was horrible. When we got all our bags in our hotel room (which was the eighth floor up) we went over to my Grandpop's hotel and after supper hung out on the deck over there. Here are the pics.

The only good picture I got of myself. I'm wearing my "writer's" shirt and I have a pencil in my hair. All I needed was a tie and glasses and my outfit would be complete!


The people were on top of the bus. I thought that was cool.


We saw the golden gate bridge on day 2. No, it's not golden. We walked half way across and back.


We also went on an adventure that was interrupted pretty soon. My dad got directions to the huge monopoly board made of granite but when we got there it wasn't there. So we got out to find the missing monopoly game. This is the park it wasn't in.


"On the road again!" We stopped and ate breakfast at McDonolds/gas station. Sarah and I shared a box of donuts.


On the way home the road was accompanied by a railroad (there weren't any trains on it sadly). It went through a lot of tunnels.


We ate lunch at Carl's Jr. which Bethany was excited about.


This was basically what we saw the whole way home. I was happy when we finally got into some greener land.

Well, that was what happened. The first thing I did when i got home was get on my computer. :-)
